The consulting capacity contemplates an ongoing review of your claim files.  The consulting role includes assessment activities and considerable input into the management of your cases.  In contrast, the auditing function is a shorter term assignment with similar assessment objectives but minimal or no ongoing instructions to the claims offices.

In the auditing role, we review the physical claims files at the offices of your current claims administrator, access and review the file notes and payment screens via the Internet, assess the claims handling procedures and the actual management of your cases, and prepare written reports advising you of our findings.
